Specification for public use
Porcelain floors with an appropriate slip rating for the setting, and coved or well-detailed junctions that survive mopping and cleaning regimes.
Epoxy grout in wet zones and heavily cleaned areas, which holds colour and resists chemicals far longer than cement grout.
Robust, serviceable brassware and concealed cisterns with proper access panels, so a repair does not mean breaking tiling.
Ventilation sized for the actual occupancy rather than the room volume alone.
Working around a business
Out-of-hours and weekend working where the premises need to keep trading, agreed and priced at quote stage rather than added later.
Dust control, protection of adjacent trading areas and daily tidy-down as standard, because your customers are still walking past.
Phased work where there are multiple cubicles or washrooms, so a facility remains available throughout.
What we do and do not take on
We are a specialist bathroom, tiling and plumbing fitting team, well suited to washrooms, kitchen areas, salon tiling and similar work in small commercial premises.
Large-scale commercial contracts with principal contractor obligations are outside what we do, and we will say so at enquiry rather than overreach.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work evenings or weekends?
Yes, where the premises require it. It is agreed and priced in the quote rather than added afterwards.
Can you keep one washroom open while you work?
Where there is more than one, we phase the work so a facility stays available.
Do you have insurance for commercial premises?
We can provide our insurance details with the quote so you can check they meet your requirements.
What size of commercial job do you take?
Small premises work - single or multiple washrooms, tiling to trading areas and kitchens. We will be straight with you if a project is beyond our scope.
